- onions
red or white, thinly sliced

- pizza dough
rectangular or round (ready to use or homemade)
- pieces of smoked bacon (0.4)
- sour cream (thick) (0.2)
- nutmeg - (optional)
a pinch of grated nutmeg
- chive - (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with salt, pepper and possibly a pinch of grated nutmeg.
- Distribute the crème fraîche mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a free border on the sides.
- Arrange the smoked bacon and onion slices on the crème fraîche.
- Put the tarte flambée in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crisp and the edges are lightly toasted.
- Once cooked, remove the tarte flambée from the oven. Garnish with fresh chives or chopped parsley if desired.
- Cut the tarte flambée into pieces and serve it hot.
