- milk (0.5)
- cooking butter
- table salt
- wheat flour (0.25)
- eggs (4)
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix 250g flour with a pinch of salt.
- Make a well in the centre and add 4 eggs.
- Start mixing, gradually adding 500ml milk to make a smooth batter.
- Add 2 tablespoons melted butter and mix well.
- Leave the batter to rest for about 30 minutes.
- Heat a crepe pan over a medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan and tilt it to distribute the batter evenly.
- Cook each crepe for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
