Ingredients
- spreadable butter
for toast
- sausages (8)

- bacon (1)
8 slices of bacon
- black pudding (1) - (optional)

- tomatoes (4)
cut in half
- mushrooms (8)
- white beans (1)
with tomato sauce
- table salt - (optional)
- pepper - (optional)
- eggs (4)
- soft bread (1)

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Arrange the tomatoes and mushrooms on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Cook the bacon and sausages in a large frying pan over medium heat until golden brown.
- Add the black pudding to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Heat the white beans in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Toast the bread slices and butter them.
- Cook the eggs to your preference (fried, scrambled, poached).
- Serve each plate with bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding, white beans, eggs and toast.
