- rice noodles (0.2)
- fish sauce (1) - (optional)

- bouillon cube (1)
dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water
Preparation
- Noodle Preparation: Soak rice noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large frying pan or wok, heat a little oil and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add in it chicken or pork and cook until golden brown.
- Add in it shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add vegetables: Add in it carrots and cabbage and stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly tender.
- Seasoning: Pour in soy sauce, fish sauce (if using), and chicken stock. Mix well.
- Add noodles: Add drained rice noodles and mix well to absorb the flavors. Cook for a few minutes until combined and heated through.
- Final Seasoning: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serving: Serve warm with lemon wedges for a refreshing touch.
